Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center (BCNC) Quincy hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 21 for its 4,600-square-foot new office at 1458 Hancock Street. Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch, state Sen. John Keenan and I attended the ceremony.
